About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join DemandScience, a global company providing innovative AI-analytics and enriched data solutions. This role involves serving as a key point of contact for clients, overseeing campaign progression, and driving product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze client programs prior to launch to establish clear goals and objectives
- →Ensure proactive communication with clients through regular calls and updates
- →Monitor client programs daily to ensure they run according to plan
- →Execute efficient campaign launches and track progression to completion
- →Identify adoption and utilization trends, providing recommendations based on risk and business needs
- →Manage and nurture accounts to reduce attrition risk
- →Identify renewal risks and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful renewals
- →Educate customers on new features and releases
- →Capture and convey customer feedback internally for product improvement
- →Develop strategies to grow and improve client relationships
- →Partner with internal stakeholders and Sales teams to align account activities
- →Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing clients
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in sales, business, communications, or related field
- ✓3+ years of experience in Client Service, Account Management, or Sales in a SaaS environment
- ✓Experience with Marketing Automation, CRM, and/or Content Management Systems/Analytics
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- ✓Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- ✓Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
- ✓Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- ✓Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- ✓Self-motivated and collaborative team player
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
