About the Role

The Labs Systems Project Manager at DemandScience plays a critical role in supporting the successful operation and adoption of Labs-wide systems, primarily Monday.com. This role focuses on enabling consistent, scalable, and effective use of shared tools and workflows across all Labs teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Support the Delivery Operations Manager in the rollout and evolution of standardized Monday.com implementations and workflows
→Provide input on system design to support scalability, flexibility, and usability
→Manage the day-to-day operation and upkeep of Labs tools, including Monday.com workflows
→Drive consistent adoption and effective use of Monday.com across teams
→Develop training materials, documentation, and best practices to support enablement
→Regularly evaluate how Labs teams are using Monday.com and recommend enhancements
→Apply strong project management discipline to systems-related efforts

Requirements

✓Expert or near-expert proficiency in monday.com (workflow design, automation, dashboards)
✓Expert or near-expert proficiency in Salesforce.com (administration, reporting, workflow automation)
✓Strong working knowledge of systems integration and automation platforms
✓Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and optimizing cross-platform workflows
✓Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, automated system solutions
