Design Pickle is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to optimize their HubSpot CRM system and integrations to improve lead generation and sales enablement. This role involves managing CRM architecture, data hygiene, and reporting analytics while ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own HubSpot administration and manage integrations across revenue-related systems
- →Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize GTM processes
- →Develop automated workflows to streamline Revenue Operations processes
- →Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between platforms
- →Provide insights and recommendations from data analysis
- →Support forecasting and pipeline management
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations
- ✓3+ years of experience with HubSpot Enterprise CRM
- ✓Expertise in API development, integrations, and advanced workflow logic
- ✓Hands-on experience in Python or JavaScript
- ✓Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- ✓Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems with attention to detail
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
