About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter Specialist to lead professional and executive searches in Brazil and LATAM. This position will be responsible for executing the Talent Acquisition strategy in Brazil, elevating standards and best practices, and acting as a strategic partner to business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for professional and executive positions in Brazil and LATAM.
- →Act as a strategic Talent Partner for senior stakeholders.
- →Ensure execution of the TA strategy in Brazil, promoting alignment and consistency of practices.
- →Elevate the quality of assessment, calibration, candidate experience, and decision-making.
- →Exercise matrix leadership over the local TA team, supporting development and excellence in executing both operational and professional positions.
- →Contribute to Talent Mapping and Succession Planning initiatives.
- →Partner with HRBPs and business leaders in workforce planning discussions.
- →Support data-driven decisions through KPIs, market benchmarks, and pipeline management.
- →Reduce dependency on external headhunters by strengthening internal Executive Search capabilities.
