About the Role
We are looking for UX/UI Designers to join our B2B team at Grupo Despegar. This role focuses on creating valuable experiences for travel agents by understanding their needs and developing innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create B2B experiences based on UX best practices and heuristics
- →Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams with focus on objectives and KRs
- →Propose measurable impact on interface from insights
- →Define understanding lines by collaborating on questionnaires, analysis, and presentations
- →Understand agent behaviors to detect opportunities and improve interfaces
- →Conduct benchmarking and flow analysis
- →Apply Design Thinking processes with other disciplines
- →Focus on continuous product iteration
- →Document work processes and create deliverables for IT team
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience as UXer in digital products
- ✓Solid knowledge in UX specialty
- ✓Proven experience with UX tools and documentation
- ✓Experience working with other UX specialties like content and research
- ✓Ability to organize, systematize, and communicate information clearly
- ✓Skill to collaborate in multidisciplinary environments, focusing on solving complex problems with real impact
- ✓Willingness to propose ideas and autonomy to carry out tasks as projects require
