About the OneITSM Program
The OneITSM Program is a strategic transformation initiative aiming at the end-to-end digitalization of the customer interface for Large Accounts and Multinational Corporations (MNC).
The program focuses on establishing a seamless, standardized, and scalable IT Service Management (ITSM) landscape by integrating self-service portals, API-based interfaces, and automated workflows across the entire service lifecycle. It enables customers to interact digitally and efficiently with Deutsche Telekomβs service organization, from request initiation to service delivery and fulfillment in our production environments.
By connecting customer-facing channels with internal production lines, the OneITSM Program ensures transparency, faster time-to-delivery, and improved service quality. It plays a key role in enhancing customer experience, increasing operational efficiency, and driving industrialization and automation across service processes.
