About the Role
We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our central team developing and operating the Digital construction support application for fiber-rollout in Germany. This platform aims to improve efficiency, quality, and automation in construction processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with stakeholders including development teams, Product Owners, and Architects
- →Implement new features using Python/Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and PostgreSQL
- →Build a rich ecosystem of microservices using RESTful APIs
- →Implement bugfixes and write unit tests using Jest
- →Participate in code reviews and merge request evaluations
- →Conduct incident analyses and troubleshooting
- →Document your work and contribute to the test strategy
Requirements
- ✓In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- ✓Experience with Node.js and SQL & PostgreSQL database
- ✓Proficiency in Jest for unit testing
- ✓Understanding of microservice architecture and RESTful APIs
- ✓Experience with automation technologies
- ✓Willingness to work with AI code-assisting tools
