About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our Avengers team. This role will support the internal credit agency (RiBS) that rates customers and partners for credit assessments and fraud detection.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop backend applications or microservices according to stories definition
- βDevelop and run automated tests on various application levels
- βMaintain application and support bug fixing
- βPrepare GitLab CI/CD pipelines with DevOps engineers cooperation
- βPrepare and perform initial data loads and migrations, interface and query setup
- βWrite and update technical system documentation and business logic documentation (e.g. UML)
- βContribute to knowledge base of developers
- βMake proposals for optimization of processes
- βProactively manage problem solving and root cause analysis
Requirements
- βExperience with backend development and microservices
- βKnowledge of automated testing frameworks
- βFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab
- βUnderstanding of technical documentation standards
- βProblem-solving skills and ability to analyze root causes
