About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Digital Hub team. This role involves developing and maintaining applications that support automation of business processes, working independently or in project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- βGather and analyze requirements with internal and external stakeholders
- βDesign midsize application architecture, interfaces, and databases
- βEstimate effort, timelines, testing, and bug-fixing for budget planning
- βDevelop secure, maintainable applications using Java, ASP.NET, or C#
- βTest functionality to ensure quality before deployment
- βApply security standards in line with PSA and DTAG policies
- βCreate and maintain technical and system documentation
- βCommunicate project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders
- βProvide 2nd and 3rd level support, bug fixes, and feature updates
- βHandle deployment, releases, backups, and restores
- βTrack time transparently for invoicing and controlling
- βManage assigned project tasks and timelines
- βMentor junior developers and deliver technical training when needed
Requirements
- βExperience with Java, ASP.NET, or C# programming languages
- βAbility to handle all phases of software development lifecycle
- βKnowledge of application architecture, interfaces, and databases
- βUnderstanding of security standards and policies
- βStrong communication and documentation skills
