About the Role
Sysle is a dedicated DevOps team focused on streamlining deployments, maintenance tasks, security patches, and operational management for applications within the Credit & Collection Hub. The team manages both German and Czech RMC environments, ensuring seamless integration across key business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- βMaintain, monitor, and optimize applications
- βConfigure and manage releases (applications and interfaces)
- βPlan installation and release dates, including versions and scope of changes
- βDeploy software from sprints into test environments using existing pipelines
- βSupport deployment processes for operational partners/platforms
- βImplement monitoring and alerting rules using tools like Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, and Uptrends
- βIncorporate operational partner requirements into the backlog process
- βCollaborate on application issues and log analysis (technical and 3rd Level Support)
- βMaintain Cape, Darwin, and PSA Portal systems
- βPropose suggestions for application development and optimization
- βCreate specifications for system changes
- βProvide project support during integration phase and E2E tests
- βHandle infrastructure responsibilities: building, maintenance, and patching
- βManage certificates
- βPerform on-call duty and occasional out-of-business hour deployments
Requirements
- βExperience in application maintenance and optimization
- βKnowledge of configuration and release management
- βFamiliarity with deployment processes and pipelines
- βProficiency with monitoring tools: Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Uptrends
- βUnderstanding of operational partner requirements and backlog processes
- βExperience with application issue resolution and log analysis
- βKnowledge of system maintenance and optimization
- βAbility to create system change specifications
- βExperience with infrastructure management
- βCertificate management experience
- βOn-call duty experience
