About the Role
We are looking for an Executive Operations Lead to build and run the operating system for our executive team at Develop Health. This role is not a traditional EA position but rather focuses on bringing structure to ambiguity and ensuring the executive layer of the company runs smoothly as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take ownership of executive calendars and cross-functional prioritization
- →Strengthen weekly leadership alignment and KR reporting
- →Run seamless executive travel end-to-end
- →Bring structure to onboarding/offboarding and payroll approvals
- →Establish clean rhythms for board and investor coordination
- →Build a scalable executive operations function
- →Improve clarity and accountability across leadership workflows
- →Reduce friction in recurring processes (meetings, reporting, travel, onboarding)
- →Act as a force multiplier for the CEO and executive team
Requirements
- ✓2–4+ years in executive operations, senior EA, chief of staff–lite, or similar roles at high-growth startups
- ✓Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- ✓Strong systems thinking and operational discipline
- ✓Excellent written communication and sound judgment
- ✓Comfort operating independently in fast-moving environments
