About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join Develop Health, a company using AI to accelerate access to life-saving medications. You’ll design and ship systems and interfaces for our AI-driven healthcare platform, working across the stack to build robust backend APIs, seamless AI integrations, and intuitive frontend experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and scale Python-based backend systems and APIs for AI-driven healthcare automation
- →Develop modern frontend experiences using React + TypeScript for clinicians and operations teams
- →Integrate and orchestrate LLM services in production environments
- →Collaborate with AI and product teams to refine workflows and translate insights into product improvements
- →Enhance observability, testing, and CI/CD pipelines for rapid iteration
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of experience building and shipping production full-stack software
- ✓Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and React
- ✓Experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs and scalable backend services
- ✓Strong product intuition and attention to detail in building user-facing experiences
- ✓Self-directed, ownership-driven approach prioritizing outcomes
- ✓Excellent collaboration and communication skills across engineering, AI, and product teams
- ✓Availability to work on-site in Menlo Park at least three days per week
