About the Role
We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join our team at Devoteam A Cloud. This role involves supporting development teams by implementing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, containers, and microservices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support development teams by implementing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and containers as well as microservices
- →Participate in the design of technical and functional solutions on On-Premise or public Cloud environments (primarily AWS and to a lesser extent GCP)
- →Implement and configure automation tools to accelerate application deployments
- →Industrialize and improve technical architecture, tools, and processes
- →Participate in the continuous improvement of platforms/architecture
- →Participate in the implementation or configuration of observability tools based on the client environment
- →Educate teams on Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment approaches and the DevOps philosophy
- →Mentor a team of consultants in their skills development at client sites
- →Drive the development of Devoteam A Cloud communities through technical presentations or internal projects
- →Conduct technical interviews to help Devoteam A Cloud recruit the best Platform Engineering talent
- →Participate in and lead pre-sales activities to design technical solutions for future clients
Requirements
- ✓Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
- ✓Knowledge of container technologies and microservices
- ✓Familiarity with AWS and GCP cloud platforms
- ✓Strong understanding of automation tools and techniques
- ✓Experience with observability tools
- ✓DevOps mindset and experience
- ✓Ability to mentor and lead teams
- ✓Strong technical communication skills
