About the Role
We are looking for an SRE Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of production systems. This role involves collaborating with development and operations teams to implement SRE best practices and reduce manual repetitive work.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of production systems.
- →Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to implement SRE best practices and reduce manual repetitive work.
- →Monitor and manage the reliability of services and applications in production.
- →Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level objectives (SLOs).
- →Respond to incidents, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and write post-mortems.
- →Automate manual and repetitive tasks to reduce manual work.
- →Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- →Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
- →Set up monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Datadog.
- →Monitor the 'four golden signals': latency, traffic, errors, and saturation.
- →Configure alerts and notifications for potential incidents.
- →Work closely with development and operations teams.
- →Promote a 'blameless' culture for incident analysis and learning.
- →Communicate effectively with stakeholders on reliability and performance issues.
