About the Role
As Lead Product Owner, you are responsible for the successful completion of product or service projects. You will work on digital transformation for major CAC 40 groups, focusing on subscription processes or credit approval applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create new products, including positioning and benchmarking best practices
- →Define product vision, roadmap, and performance indicators (OKR's)
- →Identify user needs and ensure the discovery phase is completed, identifying business challenges, IT constraints, pain points, and deepening research on user needs
- →Launch the product team on relevant topics by establishing methodologies to organize the work of tech, product, and business teams
- →Prioritize features to develop based on their value to the company and time constraints
- →Design and write user stories to help development and testing teams better understand deliverables for each sprint
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product ownership and digital transformation projects
- ✓Strong understanding of user needs and discovery processes
- ✓Ability to define product vision and roadmap
- ✓Experience with OKR's and performance indicators
- ✓Knowledge of subscription processes and credit approval applications
- ✓Methodology for organizing team work
- ✓Ability to prioritize features based on value and constraints
