About the Role
We are looking for a ServiceNow CMDB Developer to assist customers with structured implementation, further development, and quality assurance of their CMDB. The focus of this role is on technical implementation and configuration within the ServiceNow platform. There is the potential to develop more towards consulting and customer advice in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- →Configuration and further development of the ServiceNow CMDB
- →Adaptation and maintenance of data models according to best practices
- →Implementation of Identification & Reconciliation Rules
- →Support in the implementation of Discovery solutions
- →Integration of external systems into the CMDB
- →Ensuring data quality and governance
- →Technical analysis of existing structures and derivation of optimization measures
- →Close collaboration with architects, business analysts, and project managers
