Role Overview
We are looking for a Partner Ecosystem Solutions Engineer to drive technical engagement across Global System Integrators (GSIs) and boutique partners.
This is not a traditional pre-sales role.
You will operate at the intersection of:
β’ Deep architecture conversations
β’ Executive-level influence
β’ Partner enablement and revenue generation
Your goal:
π Enable partners to understand, position, and sell DevRev independently
π Co-create high-impact enterprise use cases
π Drive partner-led pipeline and deal success
What Youβll Do
1. Partner Enablement & Ecosystem Development
β’ Own technical relationships with GSIs and strategic partners
β’ Enable partners on:
β’ DevRev architecture (AI-native, knowledge graph, agentic workflows)
β’ Differentiation vs legacy CRM + AI stack
β’ Design and deliver:
β’ Partner workshops
β’ Technical bootcamps
β’ Solution playbooks
2. Architecture & Technical Positioning
β’ Lead deep-dive discussions on:
β’ Knowledge graph (βMemoryβ) architecture
β’ AI agents and enterprise workflows
β’ Data ingestion (AirSync vs traditional ETL)
β’ Clearly articulate differentiation vs (for example):
β’ Enterprise search tools like Glean
β’ Microsoft AI stack / Copilots / AI Foundry
β’ Google Gemini Enterprise
β’ Legacy CRM + AI bolt-ons (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
3. Enterprise Deal Support (Partner-Led)
β’ Partner with GSIs in:
β’ Opportunity shaping
β’ Use-case discovery
β’ Solution architecture
β’ Support:
β’ Executive briefings (VP, CXO level)
β’ POVs / POCs
β’ High-stakes demos
4. Use Case & Solution Development
β’ Identify high-value use cases across industries:
β’ BFSI, FinTech, Manufacturing, Travel, etc.
β’ Translate business problems into:
β’ AI-driven workflows
β’ Agent-based solutions
β’ Package repeatable partner-ready solutions
5. Thought Leadership & Executive Engagement
β’ Engage with senior stakeholders:
β’ CIOs, CTOs, Heads of CX, Product Leaders
β’ Drive conversations around:
β’ AI transformation
β’ Operational efficiency
β’ Unified data + experience platforms
β’ Represent DevRev in:
β’ Partner events
β’ Executive forums
β’ Strategic workshops
What Weβre Looking For
Experience
β’ 12+ years in Solutions Engineering / Pre-sales / Consulting / Architecture roles
β’ Strong experience working with:
β’ Global System Integrators (GSIs) OR
β’ Enterprise consulting / partner ecosystems
Technical Depth
β’ Strong understanding of:
β’ Enterprise architecture
β’ APIs, integrations, data pipelines, security & compliance
β’ AI/ML concepts (RAG, embeddings, agents)
β’ Ability to go deep technically AND simplify for business audiences
Education (Preferred)
β’ Engineering background (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent)
β’ MBA or equivalent business exposure is a strong plus
