What We’re Looking For: 🔹 5+ years in Python/Django backend development 🔹 Expertise in Django, Flask, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Celery, Redis, REST/GraphQL APIs 🔹 Excellent grip on system architecture, microservices & scalability 🔹 Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, Lambda, RDS) 🔹 Skilled in DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, IaC & monitoring 🔹 Solid database knowledge: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB 🔹 Exposure to LLMs/AI tools (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI) 🔹 Excellent communication & leadership skills
