About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to join Dexory and be the foundational pillar of the EMEA Sales team. This role offers unique opportunities to shape the company's direction and build our Commercial team, helping to take Dexory and the logistics industry to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with CCO and SVP of Growth to build, define, and implement sales strategy for the EMEA region
- →Identify where our proposition works and make strategic changes to improve performance
- →Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
- →Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing Sales team
- →Cultivate relationships with C-level and senior executives in the logistics industry
- →Collaborate with internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction and influence the product roadmap
- →Accurately forecast quarterly numbers and report on performance indicators
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 8+ years B2B experience selling directly to large enterprise customers
- ✓5+ years of people management experience with P&L ownership
- ✓Experience with MEDDPIC or similar sales frameworks
- ✓SaaS and Services contract negotiation experience with C-levels and technical teams
- ✓Ability to translate company objectives into sales strategies
- ✓Data-driven decision-making skills
- ✓Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
