About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Diabolocom, a global company that helps organizations enhance customer loyalty and drive business growth. Our innovative cloud-based solution, enriched with proprietary AI technologies, optimizes contact center management for businesses of all sizes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collect customer needs directly through regular interactions to identify requirements and validate product directions
- →Take responsibility for features end-to-end, from discovery to adoption, with support from designers, developers, and support teams
- →Structure, prioritize, and maintain a clear and up-to-date backlog following our collaborative specification process
- →Actively participate in agile rituals (refinement, planning, daily, demo, retro) and ensure sprint goals are met
- →Challenge technical solutions with pragmatism or ambition based on context, and promote alignment between functional and technical visions
- →Collaborate with other Product Owners and internal stakeholders to ensure good coordination of topics and dependency management
- →Contribute primarily to expanding an already well-established Product team, bringing more density, quality, and anticipation
Requirements
- ✓Engineering degree or equivalent
- ✓More than 4 years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner
- ✓Genuine interest in contact centers, telecommunications, AI, and cloud solutions in technology
- ✓Strong sense of user experience and functional needs of clients (B2B or B2C)
- ✓Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
