About the Role
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our Core Squad at Diabolocom, a company that builds AI-first, cloud-native contact center infrastructure. This role involves designing and developing automated tests using Kotlin and Gherkin, ensuring proper interaction between different squads and services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Co-design test strategies with the team for new features and refactorings
- →Implement and maintain automated tests in Kotlin at multiple levels
- →Challenge designs and technical solutions from a risk and testability perspective
- →Continuously improve our pipelines, tooling, and test reliability
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 6 years of experience, among which at least 3 recent years as a test automation engineer using Java / Kotlin / Groovy / Scala
- ✓Strong coding skills in a JVM language (ideally Kotlin or Java)
- ✓Strong system-level and architectural thinking
- ✓Hands-on experience building test suites across the testing pyramid
- ✓Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (ideally GitLab CI), test reporting, and quality gates
- ✓At least 1 year of experience with Selenium
- ✓Experience with UI, API testing, database testing
- ✓Critical thinking and a “bug hunter” attitude
- ✓High curiosity and willingness to dive deep into how the product and its ecosystem work
- ✓Strong autonomy and leadership potential
- ✓Excellent communication skills, proactivity, self-learning
