About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to act as the technical architect and strategic advisor for Didomi’s largest global customers in the United States. In this role, you will bridge business, privacy, and technology needs, ensuring our platform delivers what customers require.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver technical demos, deep dives, and architecture walkthroughs tailored to various stakeholders
- →Assess technical feasibility for premium features, integrations, and custom development requests
- →Define implementation approaches, technical scope, and constraints in collaboration with Product and Engineering
- →Contribute to RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical documentation
- →Lead technical discovery, solution design, and deployment for Enterprise customers with complex digital ecosystems
- →Design privacy architectures that integrate Didomi into MarTech and AdTech stacks
- →Partner with customer DPOs, CTOs, and technical stakeholders to translate legal and regulatory requirements into technical configurations
- →Develop custom scripts, API integrations, and middleware to solve implementation challenges
- →Own the end-to-end technical lifecycle of customers from presales through production deployment and optimization
- →Support complex CMP and PMP integrations, custom styling, and advanced configuration use cases
- →Manage feature request lifecycle with Product and Engineering teams
- →Enable and educate Customer Success Managers and Sales on technical discussions
- →Conduct regular technical calls with customers and work with CSMs to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- ✓Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in frontend and/or backend development
- ✓Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory concepts into business value
- ✓Experience supporting complex sales cycles, including POCs, RFPs, and architecture reviews
- ✓Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript (web); familiarity with mobile app languages preferred
- ✓Comfortable working with REST APIs, Postman, browser developer tools, and debugging integrations
- ✓Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on understanding customer requests
- ✓Proven experience working with Enterprise customers and translating their needs into technical solutions
- ✓Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- ✓Ability to adapt and understand new and varied tech platforms
