Digital Empathy is growing, and we’re looking for someone who wants real ownership, not just a ticket queue. Our support team is on the front lines with independent veterinary practices across the country, helping them navigate website updates, platform questions, and marketing-related requests with clarity and confidence.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s outgrown “just execute the ticket” environments. You’ll work across design, dev, content, and operations, translating client needs, anticipating issues, and spotting opportunities for us to deepen our impact as a marketing and strategy partner. It’s part-time to start, with a very real path to full-time based on performance and business needs.
We’re a fully remote team challenging the status quo in vet med and helping locally owned practices compete in a corporate-heavy landscape.
