About the Role
We are looking for an Art Director to join our Creative team at Digital Media Management, a full-service social media agency specializing in 360 campaigns for entertainment, games, and consumer brands. The Art Director will set the design aesthetic for campaigns and lead creative ideation and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead creative ideation and execution for DMM’s clients, setting the look and feel for campaigns
- →Manage the creative aesthetic and lead a team of designers, AV editors, and motion designers
- →Collaborate with Creative Directors, project managers, and strategists to deliver creative ideation
- →Create mood boards, typeface suggestions, and design briefs for new projects
- →Attend pitch meetings, brainstorms, and briefs to align with strategists
- →Partner with Creative Director to review pitch creative and address feedback
- →Manage creative team members and guide them in creating assets
- →Act as a client resource for design-related issues
- →Set the quality bar within the team for creative assets
Requirements
- ✓Experience working with entertainment brands for a social-focused agency
- ✓Advanced knowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud apps
- ✓2+ years of art direction experience within an agency environment
- ✓2+ years of motion and static design experience
- ✓Experience with creating moving visuals and animations
- ✓Experience working on pitches and proposals
- ✓Experience working in a collaborative environment
- ✓Experience using Cinema 4D is a plus
