Job Title: Customer Support Executive – (UAE Process)

Mode of Work: Work From Home

Process: UAE

Shift: Rotational Shifts | Rotational Weekly Offs

Working Days - 6 Days

Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the UAE process to deliver high-quality customer service and support. The role requires strong communication skills, accurate English–Hindi translation ability, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts while maintaining service excellence.

* Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for the UAE process.

Resolve customer queries related to bookings, deliveries, payments, and service issues.

Translate customer communication accurately from English to Hindi and Hindi to English.

Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns while meeting quality benchmarks.

Document customer interactions and update details in CRM systems.

Coordinate with internal teams to manage escalations efficiently.

Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

* Required Skills & Competencies:

Skill Set: Experience with V5 and V6 processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong English–Hindi translation skills.

Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

* Technical & Work-from-Home Requirements:

Personal laptop or desktop (in good working condition).

Stable Wi-Fi connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.

Ability to work from a distraction-free home environment.

* Eligibility Criteria:

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Willing to work with rotational weekly offs.

Prior experience in customer support/BPO is preferred.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

* Salary upto 3.6 LPA
