About the Role
We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Automation Engineer to design, develop, and improve automation workflows and system integrations for our growing client base. This role involves reviewing and improving existing automations, building new workflows, and following best-practice design standards for integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Reverse engineer existing workflows and automations, proposing implementation options and recommendations
- →Build reusable automation components, recipes, integration patterns, and internal playbooks
- →Produce client-ready workflow diagrams, SOPs, and handover notes
- →Design and build new automations across a full automation stack
- →Own automation delivery outcomes end-to-end
- →Take full ownership of assigned automation workstreams
- →Interpret and communicate automation workflows clearly to stakeholders
- →Apply a business analyst style approach to day-to-day work
- →Contribute to successful delivery across client automation projects
- →Work within Agile/Kanban environments and maintain workflow visibility
- →Support medium-to-enterprise client engagements
- →Operate autonomously to deliver complete solutions
Requirements
- ✓Mid-to-senior level experience in automation engineering and/or system integrations
- ✓Strong experience with Wakadoo (preferred) OR deep experience with NA10
- ✓Demonstrated capability in designing and implementing automation workflows
- ✓Experience working with SaaS applications and integrating multiple platforms
- ✓Familiarity with workflow management tools such as Jira / Atlassian Suite
- ✓Experience supporting eCommerce and logistics-heavy environments
- ✓Exposure to platforms such as Shopify and/or BigCommerce
- ✓Comfortable working independently with initiative
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong workflow explanation skills
- ✓Confident, proactive problem solver

- ✓Adaptable and calm under pressure
