The Role:
As a Software Developer II, you will design, build, and improve core components of our enterprise platform. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product leaders, and designers to deliver high-quality solutions while continuously improving the architecture and maintainability of our systems. This role is well suited for developers who enjoy working across the stack, contributing to architectural discussions, and taking ownership of the systems they build. You will help drive engineering best practices while developing features that are reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
What Youβll Do :
β’ Design and develop features for enterprise web applications used by global clients
β’ Contribute to front-end and back-end development across our application stack
β’ Build and maintain REST APIs and service-based architectures
β’ Participate in technical design discussions and architecture reviews
β’ Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to deliver intuitive user experiences
β’ Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards
β’ Help identify and implement improvements to development workflows and engineering practices
β’ Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture focused on continuous improvement

Qualifications:
β’ Strong experience (2β5 years) in software development on modern web applications
β’ Excellent command of C# and .NET with experience building MVC-based web applications
β’ Solid experience with SQL Server, relational database design, and ORM tools such as Entity Framework
β’ Experience with Git, Agile development practices, and writing clean, maintainable, object-oriented code
β’ Familiarity with modern web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Vue.js) and scalable architectures such as microservices
β’ Curiosity for new technologies including cloud platforms, CI/CD practices, and emerging AI/LLM integrations
