About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Growth team at Discord. You will help shape our SEO roadmap and drive sustainable user acquisition through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead data science strategy for Discord's SEO and GEO initiatives
- →Define KPIs and metrics that drive growth strategy
- →Design and analyze A/B tests to improve organic user acquisition
- →Build comprehensive analyses of web traffic patterns and organic acquisition funnels
- →Champion experimentation best practices across Growth teams
- →Collaborate with Data Engineering to design scalable instrumentation

Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience translating business problems into insights through analytics
- ✓4+ years of experience building dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or similar software
- ✓4+ years experience writing SQL
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓4+ years of experience in A/B test design, analysis, and interpretation
- ✓Experience analyzing web traffic patterns and organic acquisition funnels
- ✓Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
