About the Role
We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for caregiver roles supporting US-based operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage end-to-end recruitment for caregiver roles in the US.
- →Create and publish job postings across platforms (Indeed, job boards, social media).
- →Screen resumes; verify experience, availability, and work authorization.
- →Conduct structured phone/video interviews.
- →Present shortlisted candidates with clear notes and recommendations.
- →Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings.
- →Verify certifications and licenses (CNA, HHA, CPR, etc.).
- →Ensure compliance with US labor regulations and home care standards.
- →Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- →Promote a positive, professional recruitment experience.
- →Build and maintain a strong caregiver pipeline for recurring needs.
- →Use Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and ATS/CRM systems to track candidates and hiring progress.
- →Prepare recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements.
- →Partner with Operations, Scheduling, HR, and Leadership teams.
- →Assist Scheduling operations as needed.
- →Report weekly progress, bottlenecks, and market insights.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or related fields.
- ✓2–3+ years of US full-cycle recruitment experience.
- ✓Experience in healthcare, home care, or senior care preferred.
- ✓Strong interviewing, screening, and compliance management skills.
- ✓Proficiency with Office tools, ATS, and recruitment systems.
- ✓English language proficiency at C1 level.
