About the Role
C2 Essentials is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns
- →Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate documentation
- →Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle email correspondence
- →Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including social media posts and email campaigns
- →Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule
- →Maintain organized digital files and marketing asset libraries
- →Conduct basic research on market trends and competitor activities
- →Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client meetings
- →Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- ✓1–3 years of experience in administrative or marketing support roles
- ✓Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- ✓Strong organizational and time management abilities
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- ✓Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
