About the Role
We are looking for an IT Onboarding Specialist to join Vensure. This role focuses on ensuring a positive first-day experience for new employees by managing onboarding processes and collaborating with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- βCollaborate with Internal HR team, Managers, and Technical Teams to ensure a positive Day One Employee experience
- βManage all New Hire tickets in the ticket platform ensuring setups are completed
- βCommunicate ticket statuses to HR, Recruiting, and managers
- βMaintain a customer-first attitude at all times
- βKeep shared spreadsheets updated for all involved teams
- βUpdate and transfer data from tickets to spreadsheets
- βCollaborate with teams for updates and changes to processes, tickets, and documents
- βServe as liaison between teams, maintaining records of meetings and documents
- βSupport newly hired employees to ensure an excellent first-day experience
Requirements
- β2-5 years of experience working in a team environment
- βClear and concise communication skills with multiple levels of management and staff
- βAbility to write effectively for various audiences and tones
- βSkilled in creating documentation such as SOPs, end-user guides, and multi-team documents
- βStrong Excel and data tracking abilities
- βHigh technical aptitude and quick learner of new tools and concepts
- βProficient with ADManager, Endpoint Central, Azure, Microsoft Entra, and Power BI
- βExcellent writing and proofreading skills
- βStrong work ethic and intellectual curiosity
- βAbility to work efficiently, multitask, and innovate processes
