About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join the Cannabis and Hemp divisions of Good Feels Inc. This role focuses on planning and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan and optimize campaigns on platforms like Jane, Dutchie, and Sparks
- →Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, impressions) and adjust them in real time
- →Analyze sales data to allocate budgets by store and SKU
- →Implement retargeting, lookalike, and conversion funnel strategies
- →Manage full-funnel campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and emerging networks
- →Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for key events
- →Collaborate with creative and product teams for consistent messaging
- →Coordinate influencer and affiliate programs
- →Use analytics tools (GA4, Meta Insights, Looker Studio) for reporting and KPI tracking
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of experience in digital media buying (Consumer Packaged Goods/CPG)
- ✓Advanced English (C1 level)
- ✓Experience managing monthly budgets of $10,000-$100,000 or more across multiple platforms
- ✓Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio
