About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to support a new national initiative serving over 250 clients. This role will provide operational structure, maintain constant client communication, and oversee clerical tasks to ensure documentation, deadlines, and case progress remain organized.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for case status updates
- →Respond to client inquiries about progress, documentation, and next steps
- →Provide proactive updates to prevent clients from having to request information
- →Manage high-volume communication via email and phone
- →Schedule calls and coordinate meetings
- →Set clear expectations regarding deadlines and required documentation
- →Maintain a professional and reassuring tone in all communications
- →Monitor schedules for over 250 active cases
- →Track deadlines, deliverables, compliance milestones, and documentation
- →Maintain CRM systems, dashboards, and case management software
- →Identify bottlenecks and escalate when necessary
- →Organize and maintain client digital files
- →Manage document receipt and verify completeness
- →Review submissions for accuracy before delivering to the attorney
- →Maintain consistent standards for naming and documentation
- →Track missing documents and follow up persistently
- →Record activity and communication notes in CRM
- →Prepare basic summaries or internal status reports
- →Support reporting for leadership visibility
- →Draft routine communications and standardized responses
- →Ensure data accuracy across all systems
