About the Role
We are seeking a Security and Surveillance Specialist responsible for document management, budgeting, client follow-up, and technical support in electronic security projects. This role requires technical skills, high organization, and the ability to work with precision while meeting established deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prepare budgets in Excel and format documents in Word and PDF
- →Search for materials on supplier websites
- →Create preventive maintenance reports and supervise received documentation
- →Format As-Built plans
- →Develop projects in AutoCAD
- →Create presentations in PowerPoint
- →Control technical documentation for installations (intrusion, CCTV, access control, telecommunications)
- →Present budgets and accompany clients during the process
- →Coordinate with different teams to ensure deliveries and quality
Requirements
- ✓Knowledge of AutoCAD
- ✓Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency with Office package
- ✓Organizational, responsible, proactive, empathetic, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Technical knowledge in intrusion, CCTV, access control, and telecommunications
- ✓Availability to work on-site
