About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead proactive and reactive talent acquisition strategies for technology roles, ensuring a strong pipeline and data-driven operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and develop the team of Sourcers and Pipeline Builders
- →Create pipeline strategies for IT roles (Dev, Data, QA, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, IA)
- →Ensure updated talent pools and high-quality technical shortlists
- →Optimize key sourcing metrics (speed, conversion, quality, coverage)
- →Collaborate with TA, Sales, and Hiring Managers to adjust strategies based on stack and demand
- →Maintain high standards of data hygiene in ATS/CRM
- →Drive continuous improvements, automation, and process standardization
Requirements
- ✓Intermediate English
- ✓More than 2 years in Sourcing or TA, including leadership
- ✓Experience attracting technology profiles
- ✓Proficiency in Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM, and automation tools
- ✓Analytical focus, strategic thinking, and excellent communication and coaching skills
