About the Role
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a key role in client success, combining technical expertise, solution design, and client management to ensure successful platform implementations and long-term adoption. As the primary point of contact during onboarding and implementation, the TAM guides clients from contract signing through transition to ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging deep product knowledge and best practices to conduct workshops, ideation sessions, and training
- →Lead project onboarding and implementation, including contract management, planning, documentation, and reporting
- →Design and deliver effective automation and orchestration solutions by translating requirements into measurable outcomes
Requirements
- ✓More than 5 years of experience leading software or AI implementation projects with proven success in client delivery
- ✓Strong skills in project management, business analysis, workflow design, requirements gathering, and problem-solving
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with all organizational levels
- ✓Technical background with ability to configure solutions
- ✓Proactive, customer-focused approach with patience, empathy, and accountability
- ✓Time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines; up to 15% travel availability
- ✓Advanced English (C1)
