About the Role
We are looking for an experienced technical business analyst to join Dun & Bradstreet, a global leader in business decisioning data and analytics. This role will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams to develop user stories and solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Liaise between business stakeholders and technology teams in developing user stories
- →Demonstrate knowledge of complex system architectures and information flows
- →Maintain Confluence and Jira with key business decisions and technical solutions
- →Ensure user stories reflect true requirements and convey business impact
- →Create techno-functional user stories to gain business approval
- →Work closely with business, testers, and developers to clarify requirements
- →Lead or support multiple projects by managing documentation, scope, and schedules
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- ✓Experience with complex systems and cloud-based solutions
- ✓Proven experience in creating and managing requirements in the form of User Stories
- ✓Experience in JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, PLSQL, and Cloud Platforms like AWS/GCP
- ✓Understanding of data formats like JSON, XML, CSV, and relational schema
- ✓Experience working in Scrum Agile environment
- ✓Ability to understand decision-making principles and influence decisions
- ✓Use of AI tools an advantage
