As an AI Operations Developer, your mission is to transform Docebo’s internal engines by shipping AI-native applications that make our go-to-market and operations teams measurably faster. You will own the entire lifecycle of innovation, turning bold ideas into working prototypes in days and delivering tools that redefine how a global SaaS company operates. This isn't a consulting gig; it's a building role where your work has a direct, visible impact on our revenue and customer success from day one.
THE DAY-TO-DAY 🛠️
- Ship Internal AI Apps: Architect and deploy web applications that automate complex analysis and surface critical insights for our Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
- Engineer AI Agents: Design sophisticated agents and automated workflows that handle repeatable tasks across the business, ensuring they remain accurate through rigorous quality monitoring.
- Bridge the Infrastructure: Collaborate with our infra experts to maintain the CI/CD pipelines, cloud hosting, and security protocols that keep your creations running smoothly.
- Scale AI Literacy: Lead the charge in internal enablement by building prompt libraries, hosting "build days," and creating playbooks that help every Docebo employee work smarter.
- Own the Full Stack: Take projects from a stakeholder coffee chat to a fully deployed production application without waiting for handoffs or permissions.
- Communicate the Vision: Step out of the IDE to present your work to non-technical leaders, translating complex technical decisions into clear business value.
