About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager - Enterprise to join our team at Docebo. This role is responsible for creating positive customer experiences, leading to renewal and long-term satisfaction. The CSM will help customers meet their business goals using curiosity, empathy, and innovative thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own customer retention by reducing churn, increasing adoption, and improving satisfaction
- →Identify and mitigate risk early to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- →Educate and inspire customers with best practices and innovative solutions
- →Demonstrate empathy and be a trusted advisor for customers
- →Prepare and deliver technical presentations to prospective customers
- →Assist customers in creating and monitoring success KPIs
- →Create customer champions for Docebo Marketing initiatives
- →Collaborate with internal teams to provide a high-quality Customer Experience
- →Recognize up-sell opportunities and work with Account Management
Requirements
- ✓5-9 years of experience in a related field
- ✓Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- ✓Prior experience managing a renewable book of business for a SaaS company
- ✓Previous experience on LMS administration and Instructional Design principles
- ✓Strong communication skills and rapport building
- ✓Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- ✓Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies including SSO, CRM, ERP or HRIS
- ✓Ability to share technical knowledge while maintaining a positive mindset
- ✓Knowledge of latest trends in L&D space
- ✓Consultant approach to decision-making and problem-solving
- ✓Ability to analyze data and drive conversations
- ✓Customer focus to exceed expectations
- ✓High degree of empathy in customer relationships
