ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
🗺️ THE ADVENTURE AHEAD
As our Product Manager for Mobile & Social, you are the architect of the learner’s journey, transforming high-level strategy into high-performance mobile and community experiences that our customers love. You will own the tactical execution of our native iOS and Android applications and our in-platform social functionality, ensuring that learning is seamless, engaging, and accessible anywhere. By bridging the gap between complex customer problems and elegant technical solutions, you’ll move the needle for global brands and help define the future of social learning at scale.
🗓️ THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Chart the Path: Co-create the product strategy with the Group Product Manager by synthesizing customer feedback, usage data, and market signals into a vision for the Mobile and Social domains.
- Command the Roadmap: Own the end-to-end squad backlog for native app experiences, branded app tooling, and community moderation workflows, ensuring every task is prioritized and groomed.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate opportunities into crystal-clear user stories and functional specifications that empower Engineering and QA to build platform-specific behaviors for iOS and Android.
- Master the Release: Drive delivery predictability by managing app store release cycles and mobile-specific deployment constraints alongside your Engineering leads.
- Measure the Magic: Define success metrics and dive into product analytics to improve feature adoption, tracking everything from push notification opt-in rates to community engagement levels.
- Champion Reliability: Safeguard the user experience by monitoring crash rates and performance hotspots, partnering with Engineering to crush bugs and technical debt.
- Scale Through Discovery: Lead continuous discovery efforts by validating assumptions through prototypes and AI-accelerated experiments to solve real-world learner problems.
