About the Role
We are looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist to join our team at Docebo. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, refining processes, and scaling global operations in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the primary architect for the implementation and optimization of Dayforce and other HR solutions across global regions.
- →Orchestrate advanced employee movements, including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding.
- →Oversee and maintain all employee data within our HRIS (Dayforce), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- →Administer complex global initiatives, including Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) and retirement plans.
- →Enhance and manage comprehensive benefits programs and leave policies.
- →Identify and iterate on process improvements to maximize operational efficiency.
- →Serve as the ultimate escalation point for the HR Helpdesk, resolving complex inquiries.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in HR administration, payroll, or benefits management.
- ✓Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems, specifically Dayforce.
- ✓In-depth understanding of local employment laws and country-specific regulations.
- ✓Proven track record of managing complex projects in a high-growth environment.
