About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Care department at Doctolib. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships with practitioners, ensuring they have a fulfilling experience with our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- βTrain osteopaths remotely on Doctolib Agenda after the sale is completed by Sales
- βBe the sole contact point for practitioners after the sale and accompany them throughout their journey with Doctolib
- βAdvise your portfolio of client practitioners on the use of their products and the organization of their practice, providing expertise to optimize the adoption of our software
- βAnticipate and resolve issues before they become dissatisfactions by coordinating with internal teams (Product Support, Technical Services)
- βDevelop your portfolio by identifying value-added opportunities (upsell, recommendations) and prevent avoidable churn through active listening
Requirements
- βHave at least some professional experience, ideally in a role with direct customer contact or in sales follow-up
- βHave a strong focus on customer satisfaction and integrate it into all your actions
- βBe very comfortable with new technologies and show natural curiosity in this area
- βBe able to solve complex problems by seeking to understand and iterate
- βBe organized, autonomous, and rigorous with excellent interpersonal skills and proven conviction skills
