About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to make Doctolib's social media presence an essential destination for healthcare professionals in France. In the context of repositioning as a leader in AI Healthcare, you will define the editorial angle, create innovative formats, and establish lasting proximity with our audiences. As a true conductor, you will lead the strategy, production, and partnerships to transform our social media presence into a major lever for the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- →Vision & Editorial Line: Design a content strategy for healthcare providers that goes beyond product communication to become a real source of value for them.
- →Innovation & Formats: Imagine and produce social franchises (videos, statics, series) adapted to the usage of healthcare providers. You have a hands-on profile: you know what works and you don't hesitate to produce or direct creation.
- →Influence: Build and lead a partnership strategy with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the medical and paramedical world to anchor our credibility.
- →Product Storytelling: Collaborate with product and medical teams to find and tell the most relevant stories for our audiences.
- →Leadership: Manage and structure internal and external resources (agencies, freelancers). You lay the foundations for a high-performing, data-driven, and scalable social organization.
- →Reporting: Analyze performance to refine strategy and demonstrate the impact of our communications on brand perception with a true focus on community growth.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 4 years as a Social Media Manager with solid B2B expertise.
- ✓Possess a social-native culture: You live at the rhythm of social networks. You have already proven your ability to build powerful communities or to scale professional accounts to the next level.
- ✓Autonomous with production tools (video, design) and social analytics platforms.
- ✓Ability to navigate a complex organization, convince internal stakeholders, and lead teams (internal or external) with a clear vision.
