About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Doctolib. This role focuses on supporting healthcare customers to maximize their use of our platform and grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers
- →Lead structured conversations to define customer goals and support implementation
- →Identify unused potentials in product usage and develop measures to increase adoption
- →Recognize opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion
- →Focus on turning customers who use Doctolib into customers who love Doctolib
Requirements
- ✓2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-oriented role, preferably in B2B SaaS
- ✓Portfolio management skills: ability to manage multiple customers, prioritize intelligently, and work data-driven
- ✓Relationship building: ability to build genuine partnerships, not just business relationships
- ✓Commercial mindset: understanding of business logic, recognizing sales opportunities, and willingness to take revenue responsibility
- ✓Hands-on mentality: proactive approach, independent coordination, and ability to complete tasks
- ✓Communication: Very good German (C1 minimum) and good English (B2 minimum)
