We are looking for an intern to join our Talent Acquisition team at Doctolib in Berlin. This role focuses on supporting our hiring process and providing an optimal candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

→Create job descriptions and publish them on various platforms
→Coordinate interviews and conduct initial interviews
→Independently reach out to potential candidates through various channels like LinkedIn
→Participate in projects to expand our recruiting activities (social media recruiting and employer branding)

Requirements

✓Full-time enrollment in a university studying Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, or recently graduated
✓Passion for HR and recruiting with a desire to gain practical experience
✓Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to maintain an overview
✓Open-minded personality and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
✓Fluent German and good English language skills
