The team you'll be joining
At Doctolib, the Performance Marketing team is responsible for acquiring, converting, activating & engaging Healthcare Professionals across France, Italy and Germany, while reaching the best ROI. We're a team of 12 highly motivated people organized around 3 pillars: Website, CRM, and Paid Acquisition.
We work at the intersection of marketing, data and technology. We use modern tools (Braze, BigQuery, Amplitude, Claude Code) and we're in the middle of a full AI transformation β not as a buzzword, but as a real shift in how we work every day. If you like building things that matter, automating what slows teams down, and making data actually useful for business owners β you'll feel right at home.
What you'll do
As a Digital Analytics & CRO Lead, you'll be the analytical backbone of the Performance Marketing team. You'll own our data and analytics strategy across website, CRM, and paid channels β and you'll build the tools, pipelines and automations that help the team move faster and smarter.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Engagement, and our central Data team. Your impact will be direct and visible: every optimization, every targeting tool, every dashboard you ship will translate into better conversion rates, stronger campaigns, and a better experience for healthcare professionals.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Data & Analytics Infrastructure
β’ Own and evolve our analytics stack (BigQuery, Amplitude, Metabase) β setup, configuration, maintenance, and documentation
β’ Develop and maintain tracking plans ensuring data quality, reliability, and GDPR compliance
β’ Build and maintain data pipelines in collaboration with the central Data team (GCP, Dagster)
β’ Keep our Data Tag Management (DTM) up to date and create new ones as our tools evolve
β’ Use AI agents β in particular Claude Code in VSCode β as a core working tool for writing SQL, generating documentation, and setting up new integrations
2. Targeting & Segmentation
β’ Design, build and maintain a scalable, maintainable targeting tool to power CRM and Paid campaigns across France, Italy and Germany
β’ Enable Marketing, Product and Customer Engagement teams to target and monitor 100% of their actions with reliable, accessible data
β’ Build audience segments, cohorts and scoring models directly from BigQuery
β’ Create automated targeting tools and data-driven workflows for business owners across markets
3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
β’ Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify trends, opportunities and friction points across the Healthcare Professional acquisition journey
β’ Design, implement and manage A/B tests across the full customer journey to optimize conversion rates
β’ Develop and execute CRO strategies for our WordPress website in collaboration with the Website team
β’ Measure and communicate the business impact of each optimization initiative
4. Performance Reporting & Insights
β’ Build and maintain automated dashboards for CRM, Paid and Website performance in Metabase (and Looker down the road)
β’ Ensure consistency of metric definitions and calculation methodologies across all reporting
β’ Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
β’ Document everything you build β SQL queries, pipelines, tools β so the team can rely on it over time
Expected Impact
β’ Measurable improvement in conversion rates on our website (CVR) and increased ROI of paid and CRM activations
β’ A scalable targeting infrastructure that makes every campaign smarter and every euro better spent
β’ A team that uses AI agents and data tools as a real daily habit, not a side project
β’ Reliable, documented, and accessible data that business owners across FR, IT and DE can actually use
Who you are
Before you read on β if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.
You could be our next team mate if you:
β’ You are fluent in French and English; German is a strong plus
β’ You have 4β7 years of experience in digital analytics, growth analytics, or CRO β in-house or consulting
β’ You write complex SQL daily and are comfortable with BigQuery specifically (window functions, aggregations, large datasets)
β’ You use AI coding tools β especially Claude Code within VSCode β as a real productivity lever, not just an experiment
β’ You think in segments, cohorts and scoring models and know how to turn that thinking into a tool others can use
β’ You have experience designing and running A/B tests and can translate results into business recommendations
β’ You have a solid understanding of Performance Marketing channels: CRM (email, SMS, in-app), Paid (Meta, Google, TikTok), and website conversion
Now, it would be fantastic if:
β’ You have hands-on experience with Amplitude (event taxonomy, tracking setup, funnels)
β’ You use Python for scripting, automation, and data manipulation
β’ You are familiar with GCP and Dagster for data pipeline orchestration
β’ You have experience with Braze (segmentation, Canvas, content blocks) or WalkMe
β’ You have worked with Metabase or Tableau to build automated dashboards
β’ You have experience tracking Paid Media performance (attribution, tracking pixels, UTMs)
β’ You have worked in a multi-country context (FR / IT / DE)
β’ You have knowledge of GDPR compliance in a marketing data context
β’ You have experience in healthtech or B2B SaaS
What makes you successful in this role:
β’ Builder mindset: you don't just analyze β you build the thing that solves the problem, and you document it so the team can keep using it after you
β’ AI-first: you use Claude Code, agents, and automation not because you're told to, but because it makes your work 10x better
β’ Drive & autonomy: you own your projects end-to-end, from writing the SQL to shipping the dashboard to training the team on it
β’ Clarity for non-techs: you can turn a BigQuery query into a story a business owner in France, Italy or Germany can act on
β’ Data discipline: you care about data quality, consistent definitions, and documentation β because you know that bad data costs more than no data
What we offer
β’ Free health insurance for you and your children
β’ Parent Care Program: receive one additional month of leave on top of the legal parental leave
β’ Free mental health and coaching services through our partner Moka.care
β’ For caregivers and workers with disabilities, a package including an adaptation of the remote policy, extra days off for medical reasons, and psychological support
β’ Work from abroad for up to 10 days per year thanks to our flexibility days policy
β’ Work Council subsidy to refund part of sport club membership or creative class
β’ Up to 14 days of RTT
β’ Lunch voucher with Swile card
β’ Reimbursement of public transportation
β’ Relocation support for international mobilities
The interview process
β’ 30' with the Talent Partner
β’ 60' with the Hiring Manager
β’ 60' Case Study presentation & discussion with the Hiring Manager and another manager
β’ 30' final conversation with the Performance Marketing Director
β’ At least one reference check
