About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join Doctolib Germany and build exceptional Sales & Operations teams. This role involves strategic recruitment efforts to establish Doctolib as the employer of choice in German healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies focused on top-funnel optimization to attract top-tier Sales & Operations talent
→Craft compelling employer value propositions tailored to the German market
→Spearhead proactive talent sourcing initiatives through advanced outbound techniques
→Lead high-level stakeholder partnerships and serve as a strategic advisor to leadership teams
→Lead and coach a team of 8 recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence
→Drive operational excellence by implementing cutting-edge AI-powered tools
→Personally manage recruitment for senior and critical Sales & Operations profiles

Requirements

✓At least 10+ years of recruitment experience with proven team leadership expertise
✓Strong stakeholder management skills at the senior level
✓Strategic outbound recruitment expertise with success in building talent pipelines
✓Top-funnel strategy experience with innovation in candidate attraction
✓Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
✓Strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities
✓Full proficiency in German and English
