The Data Scientist β Digital Loyalty & Ecommerce Analytics role at Domino's focuses on delivering insights that inform decisions across the company's loyalty and promotional ecosystem. This position involves working with large, complex datasets to evaluate performance against established loyalty KPIs and translating analytical findings into clear implications for Marketing and Loyalty partners.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn end-to-end analyses related to key performance indicators and objectives and key results
- βBuild and maintain analytical datasets, dashboards, and notebooks to support ongoing monitoring and ad-hoc analysis
- βApply appropriate analytical techniques to answer business questions where perfect controls are not available
- βValidate outputs for accuracy, reasonableness, and business feasibility
- βTranslate ambiguous or loosely defined business questions into structured analytical approaches
- βProduce memos and presentation decks that summarize findings and implications for Marketing and Loyalty partners
- βDevelop and interpret perk projections, including expected lift, redemption, and financial impact
- βProduce recurring analyses such as Active Member reporting
- βExplore and apply emerging AI-enabled analytics and tooling
Requirements
- βStrong command of test design and experimental methods
- βAbility to work with large, complex datasets
- βExperience with loyalty program analytics and KPI tracking
- βProficiency in analytical techniques like pre/post analysis, incrementality, and propensity matching
- βStrong communication skills to present findings to senior leaders
- βExperience with dashboard creation and maintenance
- βAbility to translate business questions into analytical approaches
