About the Role
We are looking for an International Marketing Consultant to provide corporate direction and support for marketing programs across franchises in Latin America. This role involves consulting with Spanish-speaking marketing teams on key topics and ensuring consistency in marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Consult with Spanish-speaking marketing teams on pricing, brand positioning, product development, and menu optimization
- →Develop and maintain trustful business relationships with marketing teams across regions
- →Educate Spanish-speaking markets on the use of Brand Book and Global Brand Positioning
- →Provide access to tools and educate markets on pricing, brand positioning, product development, and media selection
- →Facilitate creation and sharing of global case studies and benchmarking
- →Gather Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and documentation from master franchisees
- →Ensure strong business assessment analysis for all markets
- →Accompany marketing leaders in strategy thinking and planning
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
- ✓Fluency in Spanish (written and oral communications)
- ✓Experience in international marketing and cross-cultural communication
- ✓Ability to analyze and communicate best practices in marketing
- ✓Experience with marketing tools and strategies
- ✓Strong business assessment and decision-making skills
- ✓Ability to facilitate and lead strategic planning sessions
- ✓Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (30% travel required)
