About the Role
We are looking for an eComm Product Owner at Domino’s to shape the digital customer experience. This role requires a passion for digital experience and product management, driving development of innovative digital products that impact company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist in developing a strategic roadmap for eCommerce products generating over $6 billion in revenue
- →Oversee execution of a digital product strategy aligned with business objectives
- →Lead cross-functional teams including designers, developers, marketers and decision science
- →Establish KPIs and monitor digital product performance
- →Design and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize product performance
- →Champion the customer by collecting and analyzing user feedback
- →Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
- →Oversee the entire product development lifecycle
- →Support IT initiatives like site performance and code refactoring
- →Ensure ordering experiences meet WCAG accessibility standards
- →Partner with international ecommerce product owners on UX practices
- →Consult with eCommerce Product Innovation team to support business initiatives
- →Ensure project communication with leadership and stakeholders
- →Use digital metrics and data to optimize consumer experiences
Requirements
- ✓Experience in digital product management
- ✓Strong understanding of eCommerce and digital customer experience
- ✓Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- ✓Knowledge of A/B testing and data analytics
- ✓Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards
- ✓Experience with tools like PowerBI
- ✓Understanding of decision science and user research methods
- ✓Ability to work with international teams and stakeholders
- ✓Strong communication and project management skills
